Spring contact probes in standard and special models.
Spring contact probes create an electrical connection between the object to be tested and the testing system. These are primarily used for electrical testing of connectors, printed circuit boards, cables, and various other electrical components and assemblies.
Spring contact probes are suitable for all contacting requirements in two-terminal measurement which does not require tolerance compensation. Altogether the TEKON product range includes a variety of different spring contact probes, produced from materials such as brass, hardened steel, or copper beryllium. A broad range of head shapes with a diameter of between 0.5 and 3 mm forms part of our standard product range. In addition, we produce individual spring and testing contacts with head shapes that have diameters ranging from 0.25 to 10 mm. The high vertical range of manufacture enables us to produce and deliver our spring contact probes in small quantities too. In addition to the aforementioned standard contact probes our range of products includes individual models for your specific testing tasks.
