TEKON repair processing: step by step

Prepare shipment
Pack the TEKON test adapter securely for transport. Enclose a repair cover letter or a delivery bill with item and serial number, a description of the fault and the contact details of the contact person.

Shipment arrived at TEKON customer service
Immediately after arrival, we carry out a technical inspection. If we have all the information so that no further clarification is necessary, you will receive a repair quotation within a few days.

Approval of cost estimate
If it is a warranty repair, or a released service order, we start the repair immediately. In the case of a chargeable service order, we wait for release in the form of an order. After that we send an order confirmation with a return date. As a rule, a repair takes up to four weeks.
