Experience and innovation
In Waiblingen near Stuttgart, the company founders Gisela and Norbert Battista laid the foundation for a successful future in 1984.
The production of spring contact probes starts in 1986, the production of test fixtures in 1994.
In 1993, the company location is moved to Weinstadt.
In 1999, the “turned parts” department is relocated to Apolda.
The high level of expertise is confirmed by the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in the year 2000.
In 2005, the TEKOFLEX system is developed.
- 2013 Jörg Riehle takes over the management of TEKON and acquires all shares of the company founders.
- In 2013, the company moves into the newly built modern company building in Kernen.
To mark its 30th anniversary, the corporate image of TEKON Prüftechnik GmbH will be relaunched in 2014.
- Trend-setting product developments in the technology focus on high-current contacting.
- Development of the patented TEKONect info module.
Appointment of Holger Göhring as Managing Director.
Due to continuous growth, expansion of the company headquarters with a new building.
Establishment of the customer service business unit in order to be able to offer an all-round service.
